Know Your Rights for Businesses: Workplace Protection Training

This training is designed for business owners, managers, and supervisors who want to protect their employees, clients, and workplaces during heightened ICE and police activity.

Participants will learn the lawful rights businesses have over their property and facilities, how to respond strategically when enforcement appears, and how to reduce harm by setting clear boundaries, documenting interactions, and protecting workers from unnecessary exposure and panic.

This is not a legal advice session or an instruction on evasion. It is a practical, rights-based training focused on preparation, responsibility, and community protection.

The training includes:

  • Workplace and property rights under enforcement

  • Understanding warrants and consent

  • Clear response roles for staff and management

  • Documentation and liability protection

  • A guided risk assessment to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen preparedness

This workshop supports businesses in acting lawfully, confidently, and responsibly, so people are protected and harm is reduced.
